Our workshops have been developed to provide a quiet day of creativity and gentle tuition and we hope the feeling of going home with a desire to learn more.

This half day Christmas themed class will be aimed to created a relaxed and fun environment to enable you to create some Christmassy glass hanging ornaments in time for the big day

There will be a choice of projects on offer to make on the day including...

• A Christmas Tree on Stand (approx 20 cm Tall)
• Christmas Tealight (approx 15cm tall) 
• Various Christmas Tree Hangers (up to 5)
• A mix of all the above

Alternatively, if there’s something you have seen on the internet that you would like to have a crack at then bring a picture along and we will try to make it together.

Don’t worry if you have never cut a piece of glass before. We will go through the basics and explain a little about the tools used to score and cut glass, followed up with demonstrations and a chance for you to practice cutting yourselves (....... that should be cutting glass by yourselves!!!) before moving on to your project pieces.

Tools and glass for each student will be supplied and are included in the course price.

Because of the time associated with fusing glass, projects will be taken away to fuse in a kiln and brought back to the shop in time for the following Saturday

The course focus is always on fun and friendly creativity with lots of personal tuition from an experienced glass artist.

FOOD: Hot and cold refreshments will be provided throughout the class. Alternatively the marvelous Mulberry Tree Cafe is adjacent to the shop and if you wish you can purchase reasonably priced and always delicious refreshments there.
