Join Ali, an experienced mixed media artist, for a relaxed and inspiring workshop where you'll design and craft your very own miniature landscape/scene pendant.

Formerly a stained glass artist, Ali now specialises in intricate paper art — a shift inspired by her deep love of oriental aesthetics. Her work is influenced by chinoiserie and Japanese art, resulting in whimsical, richly textured pieces of wearable art.

In This Workshop You Will :

• Explore colour, texture, and paper layering techniques
• Design and create your own mini landscape/scene pendant
• Learn how creativity supports wellbeing
• Experiment with scale and fine detail — how small can you go?

Your unique pendant will be crafted from hand-cut paper, enhanced with delicate embellishments such as sparkle, and even real flower petals — a true tiny masterpiece to wear or gift.

No Experience Needed.

Whether you're a seasoned maker or a complete beginner, this workshop is designed to be accessible, enjoyable, and inspiring for all skill levels.

Our workshops have been developed to provide a quiet day of creativity and gentle tuition and we hope the feeling of going home with a desire to learn more.   

             
The course focus is always on fun and friendly creativity with lots of personal tuition from an experienced mixed media artist. 

FOOD: Hot and cold refreshments will be provided throughout the day or alternatively the shop is situated next to the wonderful Mulberry Tree Cafe where you can purchase delicious food at reasonable prices.
